How do i Return an Item?

1. Arrange your return with our team.
2. Prepare your package for collection.
3. A courier will arrive and collect your package.

When will I get my refund?

Once your items have been returned your refund will be processed within three to five days. Please note that dependant on your payment method this may take longer to arrive in your account.

Do we offer replacements or exchanges?

Yes, we do! If you receive your item and its not quite what your looking for, get in touch and we can find something more suitable for you.

What can I return?

You can return any item during the first 14 days after your purchase. This is a no questions asked service and if you’re not happy with your item for whatever reason please get in touch.
