Complaints Policy

We want to put things right if something has gone wrong. This policy explains how to complain and what happens next. It doesn't affect your statutory rights.

How to complain

Send your complaint using our contact form or by email to support@247gadgets.co.uk. Where relevant, please include:

  • your order number;
  • your name and the best way to contact you;
  • a description of the problem and what you'd like us to do;
  • any supporting photos or other evidence.

You can also call 0118 977 7178, Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:00pm. We may ask you to confirm the details in writing so we have an accurate record.

What happens next

  • Acknowledgement: we aim to acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day.
  • Resolution: we aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days.
  • If we need longer: some complaints take more time, for example when we need information from a courier. If so, we'll update you, explain where things stand, and tell you the next steps.

When we've finished looking into your complaint, we'll tell you the outcome and explain our reasons.

If you're not satisfied

If we can't resolve your complaint, we'll tell you in writing. We'll also tell you whether an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider is available and whether we're willing to use it. You don't have to use ADR, and doing so doesn't stop you taking other action. For free, independent advice, you can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 or visit citizensadvice.org.uk.

For complaints about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
